Shipping times:

As most of our pieces are handmade to order, please allow 1 weeks for your order to ship. Certain customized orders may take longer.

Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

Orders over $250 will have free shipping.

Orders under $250 will be charged $17 for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment gateway or through your PayPal account. 

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

Our international shipping is final sale of all goods and will not be returned.

While we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase, because almost all of our pieces are handmade to order, all sales are final. We recommend that you confirm appropriate sizing for rings or any other customized pieces prior to placing your online order.

Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 7 business days.

International orders are shipped via FedEx depending upon the shipping restrictions for particular countries. Estimated shipping time is 2-3 business days plus any time required to clear customs.
