Once your order is complete, you can cancel your order within 24 hours.Please contact us directly at  with your order number in the subject line. We can no longer cancel your order once we have begun to make the item before we receive your request.


We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment gateway or through your PayPal account.


Our international shipping is final sale of all goods and will not be returned.

While we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase, because almost all of our pieces are handmade to order, all sales are final. We recommend that you confirm appropriate sizing for rings or any other customized pieces prior to placing your online order.


Our fine jewelry is extremely delicate and is not impervious to normal wear, activities or trauma. This is particularly true for rings and bracelets since our hands are subjected to considerable abuse each day. Here are some examples of jewelry issues that will not be considered product manufacturing issues:

  • Jewelry is sensitive and you should avoid putting your jewelry in contact with water including swimming pools, hot tubs, and showers as well exposing it to chemicals such as hairspray or perfume. This can cause discoloration on either the metal or stone as well as cause cracks in stones.
  • Avoid putting your jewelry near sources of intense heat such as tanning beds, hot tubs, etc.
  • Prongs and precious metals, in general, wear over time and may require restoration work as part of regular maintenance. It is your responsibility to properly take care of your jewelry in order to avoid losing or damaging your stones. 


jewelry by nature is delicate. We can only accept repairs for items purchased on Repairs for items purchased at one of our retailers must be returned through the original point of purchase. Pricing for repairs vary depending on the style. To request a repair please email our concierge at with your original order number and a photo of the item you wish to repair. LODAGOLD will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 6 months of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 6 months or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs


As most of our pieces are handmade to order, please allow 1 weeks for your order to ship. Certain customized orders may take longer.

International Orders

International orders are shipped via FedEx depending upon the shipping restrictions for particular countries. Estimated shipping time is 2-3 business days plus any time required to clear customs.
